A new site had been launched at http://china.hm68.com. It is called Journey to the East. It contains a collection of articles on China. The goal of the site is to provide users with more information on Chinese culture and language. It is meant to complement the Chinese Scholar’s Free Chinese Class site.

Some new items are added, as well as the new category called Chinese Visual Media that will be updated soon. The site will now accept user comments as well. In order to express our grief and mourn the deaths of thousands of people, we would like to show our respect and support by following the lead of many Chinese websites in toning down the bright colors of our site and where it is technically feasible, we are changing all text to black or white.
